Full payment is required to reserve your spot for the class. All sales are final, non-refundable and non-transferrable.
The class session will begin promptly to allow enough time to complete our procedures and to enjoy the guided workshop together. Any projects that are incomplete (e.g. candles that have not set enough to take home), due to an arrival after the class start time can be shipped (pickup not available) for a fee of $9.
For inquiries, email Hello@GoldAndWaterCo.com. Minimum of 6 participants, maximum 8. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at least 14 days in advance to reserve the date and time. Final balance is required 7 days in advance to secure the workshop date and time.
To ensure the safest environment while handling hot wax and fragrance oils, workshops are currently available for guests 18+. All guests will be required to sign a liability waiver in order to participate.
BYOB! Arrangements to bring outside food can only be made for private parties/workshops.
All ticket sales are final and non-transferrable. We understand that things may happen so we appreciate the courtesy of being notified of cancellations. Email us at Hello@GoldAndWaterCo.com (include your name/order number). We are not able to accommodate rescheduling at this time.
For private parties/workshops, requests to reschedule must be made no less than 7 days in advance. Rescheduled date will be subject to studio/location availability and must occur within 60 days of original date.
