All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through our website are final sale. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Product Quality Concerns
While all sales are final, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you experience any concern regarding product quality, please contact us within three (3) days of purchase or delivery at orders@goldandwaterco.com.

Claims must include clear photographs of the product demonstrating the issue.

In rare instances, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a replacement product or store credit for the value of the product only. Shipping costs are not included. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

All claims or inquiries must be submitted within the three-day timeframe to be considered.

Important: Shipping issues, including delays, lost packages, or damage incurred during shipping, do not qualify for refunds or replacements, as risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.

No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Product Variability and Packaging
Items are sold based on weight. Contents may settle, compact, or shift during shipping. Slight variations between batches of our handcrafted products are normal and do not impact quality.

Custom Orders
A “Custom Order” is defined as any product made-to-order or any product not in stock and not readily available for immediate shipping at the time of purchase.

Custom Orders are final sale. They are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit once payment has been submitted. Full payment is required at the time of order.

How to Submit a Claim
If you have a product quality concern or inquiry about a replacement or store credit, email orders@goldandwaterco.com and include your order number, purchase date, a detailed description of the issue, and photographs of the product clearly showing the issue. We will review and respond promptly.

Limitations
This policy applies only to products purchased through our official website. Store credit is issued for the value of the product only, excluding shipping costs, and is valid for 30 days from the date issued. Shipping issues or damage incurred after shipment are not eligible for refunds or replacements. No cash refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
