Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timelines, and responsibilities regarding the shipment of orders from GOLD+WATER CO. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Processing
Orders typically process within 3–5 business days prior to shipment (weekends and holidays not included).
During peak periods, including sales, promotions, and holidays, order processing may take up to 10 business days prior to shipment.
Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been processed and shipped.

2. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Liability transfers to the customer upon shipment. Once the package leaves our facility, GOLD+WATER CO. is no longer responsible for the handling, delivery, or condition of the package.
Delivery dates provided by couriers are estimates only. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.
GOLD+WATER CO. assumes no responsibility for courier behavior, including delays, misrouting, or lost packages.

3. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged in transit, the customer must report the damage within 3 days of the order being marked as delivered.
To process claims for damaged items, photographs of the damaged product and packaging are required.
Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, offer store credit equal to the value of the damaged product. Store credit does not include shipping costs.
No cash refunds will be issued for damaged products.

4. Missing, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
GOLD+WATER CO. is not responsible for packages that are missing, stolen, or misdelivered after shipment.
Customers should follow these steps if a package is not received:

  • Confirm the shipping address provided in your order.

  • Check with neighbors or household members to ensure the package was not received by someone else.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to inquire about the package status.

  • If the carrier confirms a loss, submit photographic evidence or other requested documentation for review.
    While we may, at our discretion, assist in communications with the carrier, any liability for missing or stolen packages remains with the customer.

5. International Shipping
Currently, GOLD+WATER CO. ships primarily to domestic addresses.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times for international shipments may vary and are not guaranteed.

6. Shipping Methods and Carriers
Orders are shipped via trusted couriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx).
GOLD+WATER CO. reserves the right to choose the shipping method based on weight, size, destination, and service availability.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, even in the case of order cancellation or store credit issuance.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email.
Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipments through the courier’s tracking system.
GOLD+WATER CO. is not liable for delays or issues once the tracking information has been provided.
