SHIPPING ASSISTANCE

If your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, but can not be located as expected, we want to provide additional support. In accordance with our shop policies regarding shipping, we ask that you please follow the steps below:

1. Immediately contact your local courier, post office, mail room and any neighbors, residents, or potential receiving parties to inquire about the package's whereabouts. Your local post office/courier may be able to provide GPS coordinates or other useful information, including any unusual delivery circumstances. 

2. If you suspect that the package has been stolen, please reach out to your local authorities to inquire about filing a report.
