If your order has been marked as delivered by the courier, but can not be located as expected, we want to provide additional support. In accordance with our shop policies regarding shipping, we ask that you please follow the steps below:
1. Immediately contact your local courier, post office, mail room and any neighboring parties to inquire about the package's whereabouts. These entities may be able to provide useful information, including any unusual delivery circumstances.
2. If you suspect the package has been stolen, please reach out to your local authorities to inquire about filing a report.
