I’m not interested.
I love owning my own business and the freedom it affords me. That freedom is often coupled with an endless to-do list, long days, late nights, hard work and sacrifice. Interestingly, I’ve gotten more than a few inquiries lately, asking to meet or wanting me to speak to building a business. I’ve felt very, very honored and flattered by that kind of interest in anything I would have to say or offer. It’s not something I have time to do, the qualifications for…and I also realize that I’m just not interested. With great gratitude, I’ve declined.
BUT I have been thinking about it. And I have compiled a list of highly qualified women who have proven track records of building companies, offering business education and providing support. I’ll add to it as time goes on but this is a start.
Here is a (running) list of women-owned and led businesses providing coursework, advice, support, and tips on how to start and run a successful business. Click the title to follow the links and find out more information.
